In Brazil, Pastor Angela is leading an outreach mobilizing children to evangelize other children. She is partnering with Camp Brasil, an online training program meeting their needs during the lockdown with the coronavirus pandemic. The program gives parents an incentive to teach their children. New Generation Children's Ministry motivates churches to work with the family and children's ministry leaders to start a cell group in their home. She has created a cell group in a rural area where there are approximately one million families. This area has no evangelical churches, just a Catholic chapel, and a spiritist center.
"Our desire as a New Generation children's ministry is to motivate the churches to evangelize children in the northeastern hinterland, she said. "We have the help of a missionary, Beth, from APEC who also works in partnership with Camp Brasil. AMME provides us with literature to distribute to ministries."
She added, "We will work hard on training. We believe by reaching this generation, there will be changes in the religious culture. Our goal is that in 10 years, we will see a significant transformation in families with the Gospel. Although the pandemic stopped us in evangelizing in schools, Casa Escola Projects ... We made progress in evangelism and children's discipleship in homes. "
